How much does shipping cost?

We provide free UK & International shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after processing. However, please allow 3-5 days processing for your order before we're able to ship it out.

Please note lead times can vary based on location and the independent label purchased. Please refer to each product copy for specific information on this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to all of our fellow wanderers around the world for free.

Who pays for customs duties and tax?

Customs duties and tax are included in the product prices and customers will not pay any additional fees upon delivery for the majority of our listed styles.

Styles shipping from our Singapore collection do not include customs duties and tax and the customer is responsible for paying the additional charges levied by the respective country involved in your shipment. Wandering I will not reimburse payments made for such.

Customs policies vary from country to country and we can not anticipate this. If you are unsure of charges and whether you will be affected, please inquire on your local customs office first.

I just realised I put the wrong shipping address. How do I change it?

Kindly contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly change your shipping information for as long as your item has not yet been shipped.

How long do I have to return my items & where do I send my returns?

We've wandered the world far and wide to bring you your one-of-a-kind handpicked pieces. Sorry to hear if you would like a refund, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed!

To return something, please click on the returns link below and follow the prompts to prepare your return within 30 days of the delivery date.


Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Please handle your products with care. Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.

Are returns free?

We do not currently cover the cost of return shipping. The buyer is responsible for all return costs including shipping, duties and taxes. These are not covered and will not be reimbursed by us. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal.

Is it safe to purchase from your online store?

Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share with any third party. Our payment options are also secured by PayPal.

How can I view my order in my currency?

Our website allows you to view our prices in various different currencies. You can select your currency by clicking the drop down located at the top right hand corner of our website.

Please note, that all our pricing and transactions are processed in GBP. The conversion rate would depend on your credit card company being used on the transaction.

I keep getting errors with my payment. What should I do?

In these cases, please try the following:

1. Contact your issuing bank as they may be blocking the transaction. Some banks prohibit cross-border transactions or your limit may be insufficient.

2. There may be processing issues due the volume of transactions or your connection. Kindly try again after a few minutes.

3. Email us at and we will get back to you with a solution.

    How is the contract formed between you and us on site?

    Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please note that items are subject to availability.

    What items do you stock?

    We stock a mixture of independent labels, emerging designers and vintage from around the world. Our vintage ships directly from our headquarters in London and our independent labels and emerging designers ship directly from our vendors.

    Vintage/second hand clothes may hide small imperfections. We take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of items are as accurate as possible.

    Prices for items may change from time to time without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.

    The price of an item includes VAT (or similar sales tax) where applicable at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.

    How do your clothes fit?

    We include the garment size as well as the models size and fit in the product descriptions so you can gauge how our products fit. You can also view the size guide from each product page. If you have further questions about a specific styles fit or measurements, please reach out to us on our contact page.
